Central Committee of the CPC

The Central Committee (CC) of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is supposedly composed of the top leaders of the organization. Composed of 205 members, the group is supposedly the CPC's highest authority while the National People’s Congress (NPC) is not in session, at least on paper. In reality, decisions are dictated by a few well placed and powerful individuals in the Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) and Politburo.
